COORDINATORS' MISSION
CO-ORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate Access to RI
Help churches and schools work together to deliver a quality RI program.
Coordinators are the link between the faith cooperative churches who are sending their volunteers and the school where Christian Ri is being delivered.
Use approved, non-denominational materials.
2. Volunteer Engagement
Christians grow their faith by teaching their faith.
Promote RI as a local ministry opportunity in local churches. Share testimonies to inspire involvement and highlight the spiritual and personal growth of volunteers. Relay instructor vacancies to CREP-SC to help build full teams.
3. Team Leadership
Foster unity through regular meetings, prayer, and encouragement.
Mentor new volunteers and ensure they feel supported.
Encourage completion of annual training to maintain compliance and best practice.
4. Build Relationship with Schools
Develop positive relationships with school staff and parents.
Support principals in implementing RI policy.
Ensure timely communication and documentation.
